Rates depend on experience, certifications, and performance reviews.

Role	Typical Range	What it means
Apprentice	$20–$28/hr	Learning the trade, supervised work, progressing hours + skills
Journeyman	$28–$38/hr	Independent work, code knowledge, quality installs, customer-ready
Lead / Foreman	$35–$45+/hr	Runs jobs, coordinates crew, keeps schedule, owns quality + safety
